Give the participants the opportunity to immerse themselves in a positive atmosphere to practice and learn.
The meditation courses and classes we teach at our H20 Yoga and Meditation Center Bali, explore various styles of meditation that give individuals the choice to find the one they most connect with. Prior to introducing a meditation course in Bali great thought was given to the type of people we would expect to participate and which teachings may benefit them in their daily lifestyles.
Our Bali Retreat Center offers events and retreats all year round. The retreats offer a chance to slow down and connect with our True Nature of peace, then leading into a positive space of expression, growth and abundance.
The events we offer allow freedom to be incorporated into all activities ranging from yoga and meditation to snorkeling and group activities. Time to reflect and look deeper is there for the seeker whom has come for the Bali yoga and meditation input.
With a lot of curious ‘first timers’ to yoga, we initially make our visitors feel comfortable and try to remove any possible per-conceived notions, excitement to learn and participate then follows.
Walking in the door of a yoga center can be a scary thing for many. Possibly feeling insecure about lack of flexibility or not having designer clothing on. We set out to make people feel comfortable straight away by reminding them that yoga is not about comparing ourselves to others or rating our practice on how flexible we are. It is about being in the present moment, being mindful, being aware, becoming body conscious and most importantly being joyful!
Mindful eating and drinking is a practice we incorporate into all of our retreats at H20 Yoga and Meditation Center, bringing awareness to the importance of slowing down to reconnect with ourselves, our environment and our true nature of peace.
Taking extra long to chew our food by taking simply one bite at a time and then placing the bowl down between each mouthful and drinking in slow sips, benefits us upon every level of our being. Physically, eating mindfully produces more saliva, aids effective digestion and absorption of nutrients, which brings great health benefits to our body and mind upon every level.
Slow Down and reconnect to your True Nature at H2O
Welcoming all into our peaceful sanctuary, at H2O we advocate the importance of taking time out from our busy lifestyles to relax into a practice that brings us into harmony with our body, mind and inner being. A space that allows us to reconnect with our true inner nature of peace and harmony.
The words of David L Weatherford emphasize this very clearly in his beautiful poem “Slow Dance”.

Learning and understanding Reiki compliments Yogic Practice at H2O Yoga and Meditation Center
Translated as ‘Spiritually Guided Life Force Energy’, Reiki is a natural system of energy healing that is used by placing the hands on or near a recipient. The attuned practitioner links into their source and channels Reiki energy while placing their hands onor over a series of locations on the recipient’s body.
This channeled energy is known in Yogic traditions as Prana, and in Chinese systems as Chi. This energy is the very life force that permeates the entire universe and is known as the blueprint of all conscious awareness beyond the physical.
Experience the Union of Mind, Body and Being at H2O Yoga and Meditation Center with our brand of Chinese Yoga, Hsien Chi Kung
Translated as ‘ Life Force Skill’, Chi Kung is an art of internal energy cultivation that originated in China over 4000 years ago.
Through concentration of breath and movement, Chi Kung is a practice of self development and healing that cultivates one’s internal energy. It brings balance to mind, body and being by increasing our vital energy levels.
